singleton method Object.yaml_tag

クラスと tag の間を関連付けます。

これによって tag 付けされた YAML ドキュメントを Ruby のオブジェクトに変換したりその逆をしたりできます。

[PARAM] tag:

対象のクラスに関連付けるタグの文字列
